A SCUM community server established March 2nd, 2022. Server name: RIBBON GAMING - PVPVE - 2x/3x LOOT + EVENTS - EN/RU/LTU - QONZER. Direct connect: 139.28.17.146:7002. 128 slots, hosted in London, UK, restarts every 4 hours. Community languages: English, Russian, Lithuanian.
Custom features: 2x global loot with 3x rotating high-loot zones, 90% drive-ready vehicles, base building at half cost, reduced mech patrols, NPC-guarded cargo drops and crash sites, secret bunkers, instant BCU upgrades, custom spawn loadout, and a PVE protection system with registered PVE players. Raid windows: weekdays 17:00-00:00, weekends 12:00-00:00 UK time.
This website shows the server live: island map with events and high-loot zones, killfeed, leaderboards, squads - and a personal player panel (Steam sign-in) with your own live position, GPS, squad chat, health, inventory and stats.
Two ways to play here, and each has its own page: PVP on Ribbon Gaming - raiding only inside set windows - and PVE on Ribbon Gaming - register once with /pvejoin and the server enforces it.
There is a SCUM wiki here too, and it is for anyone who plays the game rather than just for players on this server: SCUM wiki - raiding and base damage, weapons, ballistics, puppets and mechs, wildlife, bunkers, vehicles, base building, item IDs.

This site needs JavaScript for the live map and player panel.
Search for "RIBBON GAMING" in the SCUM in-game server browser, or connect directly to 139.28.17.146:7002. The full server name is "RIBBON GAMING - PVPVE - 2x/3x LOOT + EVENTS - EN/RU/LTU - QONZER". Joining is free - you just need SCUM on Steam. You can check the server live on this website before you join: player count, events and the island map update in real time.
On top of boosted rates: 2x global loot with 3x rotating high-loot zones, 90% of vehicles spawning drive-ready, base building at half the material cost, reduced mech patrols, NPC-guarded cargo drops and crash sites, secret bunkers, King of the Hill loot events and instant BCU upgrades - run by active admins since March 2022. And something few servers have: this website shows everything live - the island map with events and high-loot zones, the killfeed, leaderboards, a personal player panel for your own character, and a Black Market whose winnings are delivered to you in game.
Raiding happens only inside set windows - weekdays 17:00-00:00 and weekends 12:00-00:00 UK time - so a base can never be taken while you sleep, and everyone knows when the fight is. Loot runs 2x across the island with 3x inside three high-loot zones that rotate every 4 hours, which is what pulls people to the same places. King of the Hill puts a contested prize on a live hill, lock damage is 3x so a raid is decided in minutes rather than hours, and squads cap at 6 so no one group can hold the island. The killfeed and island map on this site show every fight as it happens.
The protection is real and it is enforced by the server, not by a rule people are asked to follow. Register with /pvejoin and inside PVE zones your chests cannot be lockpicked, your vehicles cannot be taken, and flags placed in the wrong zone are removed automatically. Switching back to PVP carries a 7-day cooldown, so nobody flips to PVE to dodge a fight and flips back to start one. Everything else still applies: 2x loot with 3x rotating zones, 90% of vehicles drive-ready, bases at half cost, zombie damage at a tenth of vanilla and armed NPC damage halved.
Both, with a custom zone system. Anyone can register as a PVE player with /pvejoin and is then fully protected inside PVE zones - no lockpicking of player chests, no vehicle theft, wrong-zone flags are deleted automatically. Switching back has a 7-day cooldown. PVP raiding is limited to set windows: weekdays 17:00-00:00 and weekends 12:00-00:00 UK time.
Loot spawns at 2x globally, and 3x inside three rotating high-loot zones drawn from 21 enhanced points of interest. The zones rotate every 4 hours, and the currently active ones are always visible on the live island map right here on the website - open the map and the gold circles are where the 3x loot is now. Items also decay 80% slower than vanilla SCUM, so your gear lasts five times longer.
There is no wipe schedule. We only wipe when the server genuinely needs it, and it is always announced in advance here on the website and in Discord, so a base you have spent a month on never disappears without warning.
Yes - several of the custom features exist exactly for that. Every respawn comes with a survival kit instead of the bare orange suit, 90% of vehicles are drive-ready so you are mobile from day one, bases cost half the usual materials, and the BCU system can max your attributes instantly instead of weeks of grinding. Active admins answer questions daily, and the community speaks English, Russian and Lithuanian.
Yes. Sign in with Steam on this website and the player panel shows your own character live: position on the island map with GPS navigation, markers you and your squad drop on it, squad chat that delivers into the game, health and injuries, inventory, vehicles, skills, deaths, a custom respawn loadout and your places on the public leaderboards. You only ever see your own data and your squad.
The server runs in London, UK on dedicated hardware - AMD Ryzen 9 9950X, DDR5 memory and NVMe storage - with 128 slots. It restarts every 4 hours to stay smooth, and this website shows its live status around the clock.
Yes, and it is free for anyone playing SCUM, not just players on this server: www.ribbongaming.com/scum-wiki. Every figure is read out of the game files rather than collected by hand - how many charges a wall takes by material and tier, what stops each round, every crafting and cooking recipe, bunker floor plans, and puppet health with the weak spot to aim at. Vehicles, weapons and every puppet can be turned around in 3D, and the puppets walk. Nothing on it depends on this server, because a charge count is a fact about the game and a price is not.
Two dealers pay well over the normal rate while their rotation is hot. The Pripyat Dealer in Sector C0 buys gear and weapons; the Track Mechanic in Sector Z3 buys car parts and only ever buys, never sells. Both stand on PvP ground, which is exactly why they pay more - you can be shot where you are standing. Three safe traders in Sectors A0, B4 and C2 take anything at the normal rate with no PvP inside. This website lists what each dealer is paying right now, what the same item is worth off-peak, and a countdown to the next rotation, so you can see what is worth carrying before you set off. A third buyer, the Drug Dealer at D4 School, works out of a chest rather than a trader zone and buys Joints and Cannabis Buds only: drop them in the chest beside him, type /sell, and he names one cash price you can take or refuse.
Raiding is possible only inside set windows: weekdays 17:00-00:00 and weekends 12:00-00:00 UK time. Outside those hours a base cannot be opened at all, so nobody loses a base while they are asleep. Inside the windows lock protection damage is 3x, so a raid is decided in minutes rather than over a whole evening, and taking someone else's flag takes 24 hours.
Bases can only be raided during raid windows: 17:00-00:00 UK time on weekdays and 12:00-00:00 UK time on weekends. Each squad gets one flag, up to 1000 base elements (600 base + 400 expansion), and flag overtake takes 24 hours. Mines are allowed in the flag area only, never on roads. If you link a Discord account in the player panel, the bot DMs you the moment somebody lockpicks your base, sets off a trap, sets off an explosion nearby or starts overtaking your flag - the alerts themselves are an in-game purchase.
